Beef and Broccoli Ramen Stir Fry

Ingredients:

  • 2 (5.6-ounce) packages refrigerated Yaki-Soba, seasoning sauce packets discarded*
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 pound flank steak, thinly sliced throughout the grain
  • 1 head broccoli, reduce into florets
  • half of teaspoon sesame seeds

For the sauce

  • 1 cup decreased sodium soy sauce
  • Three/Four cup beef broth
  • 1/Four cup honey
  • Three tablespoons rice wine vinegar
  • Three tablespoons brown sugar, packed
  • Four cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon sesame oil
  • 1 tablespoon cornstarch
  • 1 tablespoon freshly grated ginger
  • 1 teaspoon Sriracha, non-compulsory

Directions:

  1. In a medium bowl, whisk collectively soy sauce, beef broth, honey, vinegar, brown sugar, garlic, sesame oil, cornstarch, ginger, Sriracha and half of cup water; put aside.
  2. In a big pot of boiling water, add Yaki-Soba till loosened, about 1-2 minutes; drain properly.
