Grilled Vegetable Platter

Ingredients:

  • 1 pound asparagus, trimmed
  • 1 pound cherry tomatoes, stemmed
  • four carrots, reduce lengthwise in half
  • 1 yellow squash, reduce into 1/2-inch slices
  • 1 zucchini, reduce into 1/2-inch slices
  • 1 crimson onion, reduce into wedges

For the French dressing

  • 1/four cup olive oil
  • 2 tablespoons balsamic vinegar
  • 1 tablespoon honey
  • 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
  • three cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 tablespoons chopped contemporary basil
  • 1 tablespoon chopped contemporary rosemary
  • 1 tablespoon chopped contemporary sage
  • 1 tablespoon chopped contemporary parsley
  • Kosher salt and freshly floor black pepper, to style

Directions:

  1. Preheat grill to medium excessive warmth.
