I’ve been stuffing my face with Korean road meals the final 72 hours.

And it’s been superb.

Epic superb.

But.

I want some American meals.

And all I’ve been fascinated by is that this.

All-American traditional pizza rooster bake.

It  has all the advantages of a tacky pizza.

Without the carbs.

So all of us win right here.

And since that is low carb, possibly we are able to add just a few extra pepperonis.

Because we have to make up for the distinction one way or the other.

One Pan Pizza Chicken

Win win rooster dinner! A ONE PAN meal. And it’s a LOW CARB tacky goodness meal for the entire household to take pleasure in on a busy weeknight!

Ingredients:

  • Four boneless, skinless rooster breasts
  • Kosher salt and freshly floor black pepper, to style
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • three cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 (28-ounce) can crushed tomatoes
  • 1 teaspoon dried basil
  • half of teaspoon dried oregano
  • half of teaspoon dried parsley
  • half of teaspoon crushed purple pepper flakes, non-obligatory
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/Four cup mini pepperoni
  • 1/Four cup basil leaves

Directions:

  1. Preheat oven to broil.
  2. Season rooster with salt and pepper, to style.
