The following stir-fried pork recipe couldn’t be simpler. All you want is lean pork, some inexperienced onions, and garlic. You marinate skinny strips of pork first in a combination of soy sauce, a little bit sugar, and cornstarch.

The cornstarch marinade is a helpful trick to assist maintain the pork from drying out when it will get cooked on that top warmth. The sugar is simply sufficient to create some caramelization for added taste.

You can substitute the inexperienced onions with Chinese chives (a lot thicker than common chives), if out there.

Ingredients

  • 1 pound pork loin or boneless pork chops
  • 2 Tbsp soy sauce (use gluten-free soy sauce if cooking gluten-free)
  • 1 teaspoon sugar
  • 1 teaspoon cornstarch
  • four Tbsp peanut oil or different excessive smoke level oil (canola, rice bran, or grape seed)
  • 5 cloves garlic, thinly sliced
  • Eight-12 scallions/inexperienced onions, sliced diagonally into 1 to 2-inch items, inexperienced and white elements included
  • 1/2 teaspoon sesame oil (non-compulsory)

Method

1 Pound skinny the pork chops, then lower into strips: Pork chops have a tendency to come back in thicknesses both round 1/2 inch thick or an inch thick.
