Ingredients:

  • 1 (20-ounce) bundle refrigerated hash brown potatoes
  • 2 tablespoons unsalted butter
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1/four teaspoon dried thyme
  • 1/four teaspoon dried basil
  • 1/four teaspoon dried oregano
  • 1/four teaspoon garlic powder
  • Kosher salt and freshly floor black pepper, to style
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 12 slices bacon
  • 6 giant eggs
  • three tablespoons freshly grated Parmesan
