Back to the recipe.

As at all times, you want one big sheet pan.

Because now we have a ton of goodies right here.

Potatoes, corn, mussels, clams, shrimp, chorizo, crimson onion, lemon halves and a boatload of Old Bay seasoning.

If you want extra Old Bay seasoning than the recipe states, I wouldn’t maintain it towards you.

Sheet Pan Clam Bake

This ONE POT clam bake is really easy, it’s virtually EFFORTLESS! With potatoes, corn, mussels, clams, shrimp, chorizo and a lot extra!

Ingredients:

  • 1 pound child Dutch yellow potatoes
  • three ears corn, every minimize crosswise into 6 items
  • 1/four cup unsalted butter, melted
  • four cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon Old Bay Seasoning
  • 1 tablespoon chopped recent thyme leaves
  • Kosher salt and freshly floor black pepper, to style
  • 1 pound mussels, debearded and scrubbed
  • 24 littleneck clams, scrubbed
  • eight ounces medium shrimp, peeled and deveined
  • 1 pound sizzling dried chorizo, thinly sliced
  • 1 crimson onion, minimize into wedges
  • 2 lemons, halved
  • 2 tablespoons chopped recent chives

Directions:

  1. Preheat oven to 400 levels F. Lightly oil a baking sheet or coat with nonstick spray.
  2. In a big pot of boiling salted water, cook dinner potatoes till simply tender and parboiled, about 10-13 minutes. Stir in corn over the last 5 minutes of cooking time; drain nicely.
  3. In a small bowl, mix butter, garlic, Old Bay Seasoning and thyme; season with salt and pepper, to style.
  4. Place potatoes, corn, mussels, clams, shrimp, chorizo, onion and lemons in a single layer onto the ready baking sheet. Stir in butter combination and gently toss to mix.
  5. Place into oven and bake for 12-15 minutes, or till all of the mussels and clams have opened and the shrimp are opaque.
  6. Serve instantly, garnished with chives, if desired.
