But I’m making an attempt to hit all my recipes on a sheet pan now.

Sheet Pan Garlic Butter Mushrooms

Ingredients:

  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
  • four cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon freshly squeezed lemon juice, optionally available
  • 1 teaspoon dried thyme
  • 1/2 teaspoon dried rosemary
  • Kosher salt and freshly floor black pepper, to style
  • three kilos cremini mushrooms

Directions:

  1. Preheat oven to 375 levels F. Lightly oil a baking sheet or coat with nonstick spray.
  2. In a small bowl, whisk collectively butter, garlic, lemon juice, thyme and rosemary; season with salt and pepper, to style.
  3. Place mushrooms in a single layer onto the ready baking sheet. Stir in butter combination and gently toss to mix.
  4. Place into oven and bake for 12-15 minutes, or till browned and tender, tossing sometimes.
  5. Serve instantly.
