Sheet Pan Garlic Butter Salmon

An entire sheet pan supper with ONE PAN to scrub! With roasted potatoes and inexperienced beans with the BEST garlic butter sauce!

Ingredients:

  • 1 pound child purple potatoes
  • 2 kilos salmon
  • eight ounces inexperienced beans, trimmed

  • three cloves garlic, minced

  • 2 tablespoons chopped recent parsley leaves

For the garlic butter sauce

  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
  • 1 tablespoon brown sugar
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • four cloves garlic, minced
  • 1/2 teaspoon dried oregano
  • 1/2 teaspoon dried thyme
  • 1/2 teaspoon dried rosemary
  • Kosher salt and freshly floor black pepper, to style

Directions:

  1. Preheat oven to 400 levels F. Lightly oil a baking sheet or coat with nonstick spray.
  2. In a small bowl, whisk collectively butter, brown sugar, lemon juice, garlic, oregano, thyme and rosemary; season with salt and pepper, to style. Set apart.
  3. In a big pot of boiling salted water, prepare dinner potatoes till parboiled for 12-15 minutes; drain properly.
