Teriyaki Chicken Zucchini Noodles

The best 10-minute HEALTHY and LOW-CARB Asian zucchini noodles with a selfmade teriyaki sauce constructed from scratch!!!

Ingredients:

  • 1 tablespoon cornstarch
  • 1/Three cup lowered sodium soy sauce
  • 1/Four cup brown sugar, packed
  • Three cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon freshly grated ginger
  • 2 tablespoons honey
  • 1 pound boneless, skinless hen breasts, lower into 1-inch chunks
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 half kilos (Four medium-sized) zucchini, spiralized
  • 1 teaspoon sesame seeds

Directions:
