It has every part you want in a single handy, transportable field.

Cucumber slices, apple slices, a tough boiled egg and a few almonds.

Keeping you full and wholesome all through the afternoon.

Tuna Salad Meal Prep

Hearty, wholesome and lightweight snack packing containers for all the week! With do-it-yourself Greek yogurt tuna salad, egg, almonds, cucumber and apple!

Ingredients:

  • 2 (5-ounce) cans tuna in water, drained and flaked
  • half of cup nonfat Greek yogurt
  • 1/four cup diced celery
  • 1/four cup diced crimson onion
  • 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
  • 1 tablespoon candy pickle relish, non-compulsory
  • 1 teaspoon freshly squeezed lemon juice, or extra, to style
  • 1/four teaspoon garlic powder
  • Kosher salt and freshly floor black pepper, to style
  • 2 massive eggs
  • four Bibb lettuce leaves
  • half of cup uncooked almonds
  • 1 cucumber, sliced
  • 1 Braeburn apple, sliced

Directions:

  1. In a medium bowl, mix tuna, Greek yogurt, celery, onion, Dijon, relish, lemon juice and garlic powder; season with salt and pepper, to style.
  2. Place eggs in a big saucepan and canopy with chilly water by 1 inch. Bring to a boil and cook dinner for 1 minute. Cover eggs with a tight-fitting lid and take away from warmth; put aside for Eight-10 minutes. Drain nicely and let cool earlier than peeling and halving.
  3. Place lettuce leaves into meal prep containers. Top with tuna combination, eggs, almonds, cucumber and apple.
